What is MSA Cross Training?

MSA will  train you to be able to go that extra mile gaining physical strength and stamina by  using variety of  exciting equipment and techniques . There are no gimmicky machines that help you with the workload, YOU do all the work towards the fitness level you want to achieve, MSA Cross training WILL help you reach your goals. What can I expect from MSA Cross training?

You can expect a very tough but not impossible workout, we will adjust the workout to suit you so that it will be hard but achievable in order for you to progress. No workout will be the same, introducing new and proven exercises every day.

Gym Membership

Our Lydney gym is a full time Muay Thai training camp. Our facilities are equipped for your training needs. We have the equipment to condition and develop speed, stamina and strength. We have hanging bags, wave masters, speed ball and lightweights plus a full size boxing ring.
