Changing facilities available. Hand sanitisers will be available for regular use. Our classes are for all abilities. We will take you through all aspects of Muay Thai form basic to advanced techniques. Classes are easily booked through our MSA website or App by making a log in where you can manage your bookings and cancellations yourself. All our classes and private lessons have a 24hr cancellation period.
